Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, leads the development and execution of complex data models and analytical solutions to drive strategic business outcomes. Responsible for managing advanced analytics projects end-to-end, the position also builds and mentors a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. The team leads marketplace pricing strategies by leveraging advanced analytics and market insights to enhance competitiveness. It collaborates across functions to identify process improvements and applies strong program management practices. Engaging stakeholders, the team aligns initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes through clear communication and analytical rigor. Members utilize data analysis, business strategies, and technology knowledge to support decision-making and deliver impactful results. What you''ll do:

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives to address complex business challenges and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team, fostering skill development and engagement.
• Oversee end-to-end project management for analytics solutions, including prototype development, testing, and implementation.
• Drive the creation and deployment of data models and algorithms to generate measurable business value.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of analytics strategies.
