Walmart is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of products that power facilities asset management, parts management, and field technician enablement across Walmart's global footprint.
As part of the Global Asset Management & Enablement team, you will define how Walmart connects asset intelligence, parts availability, and technician workflows to improve equipment reliability and facility performance. Partnering across Facilities Services, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations, you will build scalable, AI-enabled capabilities that optimize asset lifecycles, improve parts availability, accelerate technician productivity, reduce operating costs, and enable smarter facilities decisions across the enterprise.

The team leads product initiatives for Walmart's global Real Estate business, focusing on AI-enabled solutions that enhance physical growth, fleet remodels, facilities maintenance, and digital twin technologies. They drive strategy and execution by leveraging data-driven insights and market research to develop innovative product roadmaps. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team prioritizes customer needs and business objectives to deliver impactful solutions. Their work supports continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring measurable outcomes through effective stakeholder management and advanced product management practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
