Role summary:
The Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role drives collaboration among stakeholders to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals while identifying and addressing supply chain disruptions. The position champions continuous improvement initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and leads teams to execute optimized supply chain strategies. With a focus on operational excellence and innovation, the manager ensures compliance with company standards and fosters a culture of accountability and development.

They focus on optimizing supply chain processes through data analysis, resolving escalated issues, and implementing improvements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team ensures seamless merchandise flow and enhanced service levels. Leadership promotes continuous learning, accountability, and innovation to achieve business objectives while upholding high standards of integrity and operational effectiveness.
