Role summary:
The Manager, Revenue Operations role is responsible for supporting revenue growth through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives. This position partners across commercial, operational, and support teams to execute business plans, optimize performance, and improve efficiency throughout the revenue lifecycle. Leveraging strong analytical, financial, and business acumen, the role delivers actionable recommendations that support decision-making, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a collaborative problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and identify opportunities to simplify and improve how work gets done.

The Revenue Operations team supports commercial and internal functions by driving growth and operational efficiency through cross-functional leadership. This team translates strategic plans into measurable targets, facilitates collaboration among internal partners, and applies root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering training, managing forecasting and reporting, and maintaining revenue systems and tools. Leveraging business and financial expertise, the team ensures streamlined processes and data-driven decisions that enhance productivity and support sustained revenue growth across the supply chain network.
