Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Real Estate, Central Support provides centralized support for Walmart and Sam's Club real estate portfolio workstreams, including new and operating facilities. This role manages document intake, contract support, payment coordination, contractual compliance follow-up, and stakeholder communication to help ensure accurate records, timely transactions, and consistent execution across portfolio support processes.

About the team:

The Real Estate Portfolio Central Support team provides centralized operational support across Walmart and Sam's Club portfolio activities. The team partners with Realty, Legal, Property Management, Finance, municipalities, vendors, and other stakeholders to support contract administration, contractual compliance, payment processes, CAM, shared inboxes, mail, and transaction support. The team drives consistency, improves processes, and enables business partners to resolve issues efficiently.

What you''ll do:

• Serve as centralized support for Walmart and Sam's Club real estate portfolio workstreams.
• Collect, review, process, and maintain real estate documents, records, and related portfolio information.
• Research lease, contract, estoppel, SNDA, CAM, and compliance-related documentation in partnership with Property Management and Legal stakeholders.
• Coordinate contract creation, edits, uploads, deposits, vendor requests, and related document-management activities.
• Manage invoicing, rent payments, rent corrections, one-time payments, violation payments, and deposit processes.
• Partner with municipalities, vendors, third parties, and internal teams to support contractual compliance.
• Support CAM and related portfolio activities for non-store locations through invoice coordination, document review, and follow-up.
• Oversee shared inboxes, mail, check verification, stop payments, and reissues.

What you''ll bring:

• Experience in real estate portfolio operations, document management, contract administration, payment processes, or related business support.
• Ability to research, review, and understand complex lease, contract, invoice, CAM, estoppel, SNDA, and compliance documentation with accuracy.
• Strong collaboration skills with vendors and cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of payment coordination, lease deposits, vendor setup, check verification, stop payments, reissues, and transaction support.
• Commitment to data integrity, compliant processes, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.
• Proven organizational skills and sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize competing requests across multiple workstreams.
• Clear communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support process improvements and evolving centralized support models.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
