The Operations Manager leads multiple projects by collaborating with stakeholders [Merchants, Logistics, Return Centers] to develop and execute comprehensive plans that align with business objectives. This role ensures effective communication, monitors project performance, manages resources, and addresses challenges to achieve timely and cost-efficient results. The position fosters continuous improvement, supports team development, and upholds ethical standards while promoting a positive work environment. The manager drives operational excellence in vendor /overall KPI performance by applying project management best practices and maintaining strong relationships across teams to deliver impactful solutions that affect business productivity and will support Walmart's mission and values.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
