About Central Fill Pharmacy:

The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As a Production System Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy services.

Work Shift: 2nd, open availability needed 7 days a week

What You'll Do:

• Plan and schedule daily production to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Interact with Production Support teams and Team Leaders to optimize flow and throughput.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and ensure team training.
• Monitor and analyze productivity reports and key performance indicators.
• Provide direction, support, and coaching to Team Leaders.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in production management and scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills to review productivity and performance data.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to establish and implement standard operating procedures.
• Experience in budget management and cost-saving initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $76,000.00 - $114,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
