Role summary:

About the team:

The Marketplace Resold team manages the Resold at Walmart program, enabling customers and sellers to purchase refurbished and pre-owned products on walmart.com. This team collaborates closely with internal and external partners to drive business strategies and continuous improvement. They leverage data analysis and customer insights to optimize marketing operations and project outcomes. Focused on effective communication and strong partnerships, the team supports operational excellence and innovation to enhance customer experiences while aligning with Walmart's overall business goals.

What you''ll do:

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate clear and transparent communication across all parties to ensure alignment and information sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness, setting goals and tracking progress to achieve business outcomes.
• Analyze data and customer insights to inform business strategies and recommend process improvements.
• Develop business cases and project plans aligned with organizational goals and financial considerations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement technology changes and continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and influence decision-making.
