Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Incubation & Onboarding leads the development and execution of marketplace strategies, overseeing customer relationship management and operational performance. This role manages the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and technical support to optimize seller satisfaction. Collaborating across teams and external partners, the manager drives continuous improvements, monitors key metrics, and maintains compliance with company standards. By fostering a high-performing team environment and promoting ethical conduct, this position supports business objectives while enhancing the overall customer and associate experience.

About the team:

The WFS Strategic Onboarding Team delivers a tailored onboarding experience for Walmart Marketplace sellers using Walmart Fulfillment Services. The team manages the seller journey from referral through launch, supporting registration, item conversion, shipment creation, and inventory setup. They identify and resolve challenges, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and escalate systemic issues to ensure timely adoption. Focused on accelerating launch time and increasing seller conversion, the team also provides insights to Product, Operations, and Business Development to enhance the onboarding process and support sustained growth.

What you''ll do:

• Oversee marketplace strategy, operations, and performance to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction through effective onboarding and ongoing support.
• Lead the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including account setup, product integration, and technical issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive marketplace improvements and results.
• Develop and maintain reports to monitor customer metrics and operational performance.
• Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and ethical conduct.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a positive, high-performing work environment.

• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and marketplace operations with a focus on performance metrics and strategic objectives.
• Strong expertise in client onboarding processes, including account creation, product integration, and technical support.

• Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and customer insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
