Role summary:

About the team:

Our team drives Walmart Marketplace's pricing strategy by developing analytics, measurement, and data products that enhance price competitiveness, seller adoption, and customer experience. We collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Data Science teams to transform complex data into actionable insights, scalable solutions, and measurable business impact. The team emphasizes advanced analytics, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder management to support strategic initiatives. By leveraging skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization, we deliver solutions that inform pricing strategies and improve overall marketplace performance.

What you''ll do:

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute business area goals, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including risk assessment and implementation oversight.
• Develop and validate advanced data models and algorithms to drive actionable business insights.
• Present strategic recommendations based on data analysis to inform functional initiatives.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships to support consultative solutions and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous learning and improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
