Position Summary… The Manager, Advanced Analytics is a key driver in incubating and scaling new business capabilities from the ground up. This role goes beyond traditional analytics - partnering deeply across business, product, and engineering teams to build solutions across the full lifecycle, from concept and hypothesis through prototype, implementation, and scale. You will act as a strategic and analytical thought partner to business leaders, helping translate complex, ambiguous problems into actionable analytics, research plans, and data‑driven solutions. This role is highly focused on new business growth, innovation, and building scalable capabilities from scratch, combining strong analytical depth with business acumen and product mindset. About the Team… The Advanced Analytics team partners with business leaders to understand enterprise goals, functional objectives, and emerging challenges - translating them into actionable analytics, research plans, and data‑driven solutions. This organization collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver insights, prototypes, and production‑ready models that enable smarter decisions, accelerate innovation, and drive strategic and operational excellence. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
