Role summary:

The Manager, Ad Platform Solutions, leads the enhancement of advertising campaign performance through advanced data analysis, strategic insights, and expert use of Walmart's advertising platforms. This role involves leveraging reporting and business intelligence tools to deliver actionable recommendations, ensuring quality assurance, and validating platform functionality. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign setup and performance while mentoring associates on platform usage. The manager drives continuous improvement by identifying growth opportunities, supporting product testing, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives effectively.

About the team:

The Ad Platform Solutions team partners with cross-functional groups to optimize supplier campaigns, troubleshoot performance, and identify growth opportunities. Managing approximately $30M in annual search spend across key accounts such as Newell, Hanes, and Americo, the team delivers category insights, product education, and budget recommendations. It supports campaign testing and learning, ensuring effective advertising strategies and platform utilization. The team leverages advanced data analysis and reporting tools to provide actionable intelligence, driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making to enhance campaign outcomes and support business objectives.

What you''ll do:

• Enhance advertising campaign performance through advanced data analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Utilize Walmart platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor and optimize campaign results.
• Conduct quality assurance, testing, and validation of platform functionality and data accuracy.
• Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
• Provide training and guidance to associates on platform usage and best practices.
• Develop and communicate client-specific recommendations to improve campaign delivery and effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product testing and implement advertising strategies aligned with industry standards.

What you''ll bring:

• Proven expertise in advanced data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with quality assurance, acceptance testing, and validating platform functionality to ensure accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of advertising strategy and campaign management within digital platforms.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Skilled in training and mentoring associates on platform usage and best practices.
• Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and present clear, data-supported insights.
• Demonstrated capability to develop standard operating procedures and optimize campaign performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
