The Maintenance and Refrigeration Professionals team ensures reliable operation of HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple locations. They perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. With strong technical expertise and effective communication, the team supports retail operations by maintaining equipment functionality and a safe environment. Their collaborative approach and problem-solving skills enable prompt issue resolution, upholding company standards and contributing to smooth business operations. What you''ll do:

• Supervise and support associates by assigning duties, providing feedback, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Train and coach associates on company policies, procedures, and compliance with external regulations such as OSHA and DOT.
• Manage landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, pest control, and seasonal exterior tasks like snow and ice removal.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety checks and proper documentation are completed.
• Coordinate equipment purchases, budget preparation, and maintenance to optimize facility operations and reduce costs.
• Lead teamwork efforts to meet business priorities, promote continuous improvement, and uphold company values.

What you''ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience supervising and developing associates in facility or exterior services.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and exterior maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate, inspect, and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely.
• Experience managing compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA and DOT.
• Skilled in coordinating work activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards.
• Proficient in using technology to complete work orders and maintain documentation.
• Competence in budgeting, purchasing, and managing supplies and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to resolve facility-related issues.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
