The Security Operations team at Walmart safeguards the company against evolving cybersecurity threats by integrating operations, incident response, threat detection, offensive security, and AI-enabled capabilities. Operating globally, the team collaborates across technology, business, and security functions to protect Walmart's associates, customers, and critical operations. What you''ll do:

• Coordinate and schedule projects, events, and meetings by researching options, managing timelines, and organizing resources efficiently.
• Manage calendar activities for leadership, prioritizing appointments and anticipating preparation needs with minimal supervision.
• Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity and timely follow-up.
• Process and reconcile expense reports and invoices, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison for associates and guests, providing administrative support and resolving requests promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in calendar management and administrative support for senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and business-related events.
• Proficiency in managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and office administration tasks.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
