Role summary:
The (USA) Developmental Technician, Facility Services HVAC/R, supports the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across multiple facilities. This role involves completing required documentation, assisting with capital expenditure planning, and performing preventive maintenance and repairs under supervision. The technician collaborates with management and business partners to identify priorities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. By adhering to company policies and procedures, this position contributes to operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement within the HVAC/R service function.

The General Facilities Maintenance Technician team ensures the efficient operation and upkeep of refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple sites. Collaborating with management and partners, the team focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while following safety and environmental standards. They manage equipment, inventory, and regulatory compliance to support continuous improvement. The hourly wage range for this position is $29.00 - $56.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
