# Position Summary

# What youll do...

Manage financial aspects as assigned and/or in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget, monitoring asset utilization, and preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.

Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Supply Chain and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring associate compliance to policies and procedures; distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.

Demonstrates and communicates solid working knowledge of maintenance procedures to help associates conduct high quality maintenance operations. Ensures associates adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures related to maintenance operations. Helps associates understand and use procedures for maintenance operations, handling accidents and emergencies, and maintaining equipment that is safe and in proper working order. Identifies and appropriately responds to Customer compliance and operational issues related to maintenance operations, taking steps to prevent recurrence.

Demonstrates broad technical understanding of equipment systems and performance monitoring and inspection techniques. Supports improvement of existing processes and standards for a specific equipment type by recognizing and escalating possible issues.

Engage, enable, and empower associates and peers by coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; teaching, supporting, and modeling Supply Chain and company policies and procedures; identifying training and development needs; and participating in the hiring, promotion, leading, mentoring, and evaluation of associates and leaders. Utilize strategic leadership skills to develop maintenance associates capability and improve work processes. Collaborates with other Maintenance Area Managers to determine capacity and ensure optimization of service delivery.

Ensures performance of routine equipment inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment, for example: material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration equipment, general building repairs, in accordance with established processes and programs. Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and follows priorities for work process and monitoring and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, for example: OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT, etc., relating to maintenance operations. Confirms parts inventory logs and reports per standard and established templates.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Responds to incident alarms, understands potential causes, and determines appropriate course of action for straightforward incidents. Conducts triage as required and follows standard protocols, for example: initiating downtime process for critical path asset to manage responses to equipment alarms and incidents, for example: submits and escalates tickets, updates logs.

Utilize Continuous Improvement Tools, Systems, and Processes for Maintenance and Reliability, Performance Monitoring, and KPI Improvement, for example: equipment uptime, product throughput, OEE, and evolve predictive maintenance techniques. Elimination of breakdowns by being proficient and root cause and component failure analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
