Summary of Position:
HCM is seeking an Urban Designer / Architect to join our growing planning design studio. Our current list of projects includes community master plans, urban design, development feasibility studies, development entitlements, as well as campus planning. The urban designer position includes carrying out the preparation of site designs and planning documents.

The projected base salary for this full-time position is $85,000 - $115,000. HCM's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual's education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM's total compensation package for employees.
