Job Summary:
Seeking a Tech Transfer & Process Validation Scientist to support sterile drug product and aseptic fill-finish projects within a pharmaceutical CDMO.
Key Responsibilities:
Support technology transfer and manufacturing readiness activities.
Develop and execute process validation/PPQ protocols.
Analyze validation data and prepare final reports.
Identify and resolve technical gaps during tech transfer.
Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.
Required Skills:
7+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
Sterile drug product / aseptic fill-finish experience.
Strong Tech Transfer and Process Validation experience.
PPQ protocol development and execution.
Strong technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills
