The Task Order Manager is responsible for the planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders associated with the contract.*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders.Coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.Developing, modifying, and tracking schedules.Qualifications A minimum of five (5) years of experience with responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders.
