About The Role
PrimECS is a growing infrastructure firm delivering engineering, surveying, and construction services across the Mid-Atlantic. We're seeking a strong part-time Survey Manager to support our Survey Division.
As Survey Manager, you'll lead all aspects of field and office survey operations, manage teams, and drive performance on infrastructure projects. You'll have autonomy to build and grow the division while aligning with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead survey field crews and technical staff
- Oversee project execution, scheduling, QA/QC, and compliance
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Manage budget and performance targets
- Support business development and client relationships
- Report quarterly on division operations and financials
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in surveying, including leadership experience
- Infrastructure project background (roads, bridges, rail, etc.)
- Strong technical and operational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
