Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Support Services Supervisor to join our team in Dublin, OH.Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (2:00am - 10:30am)Job ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop staff in a high-volume problem-resolution environmentMaintain strong floor presence to support escalations, remove barriers and drive timely resolutionEnsure consistent performance, communication, and accountability across shiftsOwn end-to-end resolution of problem specimens, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and complete documentationPrioritize and manage high volumes of issues and escalations; addressing critical items promptlyServe as a key resource for the field and internal teams on specimen handling, systems and issue resolutionApply systems knowledge and sound judgment to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate appropriatelyMonitor issue trends, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to reduce recurrenceAnalyze data and communicate trends, risks and recommendations to leadershipPartner cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve workflows and reduce downstream impactEnsure compliance with policies, procedures and quality standards while maintaining high accuracyDemonstrate ownership by driving timely resolution and proactively improving processesMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED3 or more years of experience in a laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing or warehouse environmentPreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree in science, healthcare, or business1 year or more of experience in a clinical laboratory1 year or more of supervisory or leadership experienceAdditional Job StandardsUnderstanding of laboratory operations, policies, and proceduresExperience working in a high-volume laboratory environmentStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues in real timeAbility to lead, coach and develop frontline employees while fostering accountability and high performanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to work extended hours, weekends or alternate shifts as business needs requireAbility to meet the physical requirements of the positionAble to pass a standardized color blindness testAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
