Overview
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.
Responsibilities
- Research, data/cost analysis, develop price and availability quotes, purchase orders for navy supply system/materials.
- Create metrics for reporting and tracking.
- Create and manage Material Requirements List (MRL).
- Provide Integrated Logistics Support.
- Verify status of requisitions using Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
- Assemble Technical Documentation Packages (TDP) for Request for Quote (RFQ) from vendor to manufacture material on contracts.
- Provide Integrated Logistics Support by analyze and verify material once it arrived on station to ensure the correct material was received.
- Create picklist for shipping of material, coordinating logistics for accuracy and correct quantity before shipment.
- Providing reports for management data calls.
- Procure Hazardous Materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- At least 6+ years of eperience in DoW supply managment
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $36.50/Hr. - USD $37/Hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
