This role operates across multiple areas of the supply chain—including inventory management, supply planning, product lifecycle transitions, and process improvement—depending on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsOperate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environmentsTake ownership of loosely defined problems and drive them to resolutionWork cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without authorityCommunicate clearly to leadership on complex topicsAdapt quickly to changing business priorities and manage multiple competing demandsUnderstand the business impact of supply chain decisions and operational activitiesAnalyze data and identify trends to support planning and decision-makingMake routine operational decisions within established guidelines and processesDemonstrate a strong understanding of inventory management principles and their impact on performanceSupport cross-functional partners, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and OperationsProactively identify and escalate supply chain risks, constraints, and potential disruptionsClearly communicate issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levelsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficienciesTake ownership of assigned workstreams and ensure timely execution of deliverablesQualifications Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with large datasets (Excel required; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred)Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fieldMinimum Qualifications:Master's degree with 0 years of related work experience; Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experienceCompensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $107,100.00 annually.KLA offers a total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life and other voluntary benefits, 401(k) with company matching, ESPP, tuition reimbursement, development and career growth programs, financial planning benefits, wellness programs, paid time off and holidays, and family care leave.
