Supply Chain Production CoordinatorLos Angeles, CAThe Production Coordinator supports end-to-end production execution to ensure on-time delivery, material readiness, and clear cross-functional alignment. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Product Development, Planning, and Operations to maintain accurate production schedules, proactively identify risks, and keep product flowing efficiently from factory through delivery. This is a highly detail-oriented role that requires strong follow-through, critical thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment. This role reports to the Director, Supply Chain.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain production schedules to meet launch and delivery timelinesPartner with the Sr. Capacity Planner, Product Development, and Project Management to ensure schedule accuracy and alignmentTrack production status and communicate risks, delays, and changes to internal stakeholdersMonitor material availability and collaborate with Procurement and Operations to prevent shortagesIdentify and escalate capacity constraints or production bottlenecksMaintain accurate production documentation, reporting, and system updatesCoordinate third party inspections and audits, ensuring compliance timelines are metCommunicate shipment updates and schedule adjustments to cross functional teamsSupport resolution of production issues including late shipments and material challengesContribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational frictionOther related duties as required.Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience2 to 4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or supply chain operationsWorking knowledge of manufacturing and production processes within the categoryStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities and cross-functional partnersComfortable working with technology and learning new systems and toolsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeExperience working cross-functionally in a product-based businessComfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environmentCompensationThis position's annual base salary range is $75,000$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.Join UsWe all have baggage.
