The above range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate's experience, education, skills, and market conditions when determining the final offer. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may also be eligible for long‑term incentives.
