Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $25.00 per hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support inventory, receiving, reporting, and operational activities across multiple field locations. This role will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate material receipts, minimize billing and receiving discrepancies, maintain reporting metrics, and support inventory management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and validate financial receipts for materials supporting multiple field locationsPartner with finance teams to review reports and help reduce receiving and billing errorsGenerate and distribute performance metrics and operational reportsSupport inventory management activities, including obtaining and validating physical inventory counts when neededMaintain accurate records and documentation within company systemsMonitor and manage email communications and requests in a timely mannerAnalyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and data integrityAssist with process improvements and administrative support activities as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, operations, or a related fieldStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing high-volume email communications using OutlookStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to interpret operational, financial, and technical informationPreferred QualificationsExperience using Oracle or similar ERP systemsKnowledge of order management processesExperience working within supply chain, inventory, procurement, or logistics environmentsFamiliarity with inventory reconciliation and reportingAnalytical problem solvingData accuracy and attention to detailCross-functional collaborationStrong organizational skillEffective communication with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFull onsite positionStandard business hours, Monday through FridayCollaborative, team-oriented environment supporting operational and supply chain function#J-18808-Ljbffr
