Real people, real impact.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in executing the day-to-day operations of CLEAN Cause's supply chain. This role will focus on order management, logistics coordination, and inventory oversight across multiple partners and warehouses.Working closely with the VP of Supply Chain, this individual will help ensure the seamless flow of goods from production to customer while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage all order processing and fulfillment activities from receipt through deliveryCoordinate closely with 3PL partners to ensure accurate and on-time shipmentsTroubleshoot order issues, shortages, and delays with urgencyCoordinate freight for all sales orders (LTL, FTL, parcel)Manage inbound and transfer logistics, including import documentation, load tracking, and item receiptsOptimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiencyCommunicate with logistics partners regarding shipment status and freight claimsInventory ManagementManage inventory levels across all 3PL warehouses, co-packers, and storage locationsMonitor inventory at all supply chain points, ensuring proper stock levels and preventing stock-outsPerform weekly inventory reporting and monthly validationsOversee raw and finished goods inventory to ensure accurate tracking and storageSystems, Data & ReportingMaintain accurate data across ERP systems and spreadsheetUtilize Excel and AI/ERP integrations for reporting, analysis, and operational trackingSupport monthly close activities including inventory counts, shrink analysis, and documentationProcess Optimization & Cost SavingsIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain by leveraging AI tools, automation, and integration platformsOptimize processes using technology and system improvements to increase efficiency and scalabilityContinuously evaluate workflows and recommend enhancements across operationsOnboard new partners and vendorsCommunicate regularly with buyers regarding order updates and inventory positionsBuild strong relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams and use those relationships to find cost efficiencies and optimizationsCross-Functional SupportCollaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to execute key initiativesSupport special projects and process improvements across the organizationQUALIFICATIONS1–3 years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience within a CPG companyMust be based in Austin, TX with ability to work majority of time in officeHigh proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Familiarity with 3PL operations and freight coordinationExperience with AI tools or system integrations is a plus Ability to thrive autonomously (self-starter) as well as in a team setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environmentWHAT WE OFFERBase Salary + performance bonus | Flexible PTO | Health, Dental & Vision | 401(k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
