    This position is a grant funded undergraduate research assistantship. Student employees will contribute to research projects supervised by science faculty, who are participating in the INBRE grant. Students will apply laboratory and field science skills in the design and conducting of science experiments. Participating students are expected to meet grant requirements, including completing grant reporting and project presentations. This position is intended for students pursuing science or medical degrees.

    • Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater

    • Experience in a biology and/or chemistry lab

    Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

    • Standing, light lifting, must wear PPE in the lab while working with chemicals, outdoor activities in various weather, some travel.
