Structural Design Engineer - Oklahoma - Solidworks -0319

Our client is a leading design and manufacturer of aerospace products is looking for a Aircraft Structural Design Engineer responsible for providing support for their Company. Solidworks experience is preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Experience with aircraft primary structures design such as fuselage, cargo door, wing etc.
• Frieghter conversion experience is beneficial
• Basic design knowledge and understanding of commonly used design guideline and concepts.
• Creativity to provide conceptual ideas and design solutions to address structural problems.
• Ability to identify structural requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Advanced analytical skills and the capacity to use experience and knowledge to make sound judgments.

Experience:

• Proficiency with Solidworks is preferred.
• CATIA or other CAD softwares may be acceptable
• Previous aircraft freighter conversion design or similar work preferred.

Education:

• Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering preferred or equivalent.
