The role actively participates in guest service (front counter and drive thru), beverage and food production, and team support during peak periods.Core ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership – Manage all daily store operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and Brand SOPs, and maintain luxury level store presentation.Revenue and Profitability – Drive store toward $2M–$4M+ annual revenue targets, manage labor and food cost percentages, and execute upselling and premium product strategies.Team Leadership and Development – Hire, train, and develop staff, maintain compliance with labor laws and equal pay/anti‑discrimination policies, lead by example as a working manager, and build efficient schedules.Guest Experience – Deliver elevated hospitality experience, resolve issues immediately, and maintain speed, accuracy, professionalism, and quality control.Production and Quality Control – Oversee donut production, beverage program, food consistency, and maintain premium quality standards.Inventory and Supply Chain Execution – Manage ordering and inventory, reduce waste and shrinkage, and ensure vendor compliance.Administrative Duties – Timekeeping and payroll approvals, hiring and onboarding, and performance management.CompensationBase Hourly Rate: $20.75 to $30.00 per hourBilingual Pay Differential:+$1.00 per hour for employees who speak English and at least one additional language (besides Spanish) and are approved by management as actively using bilingual skills in the workplace, applied to all hours worked.+$2.00 per hour for employees who speak English and Spanish and are approved by management as actively using bilingual skills in the workplace, applied to all hours worked.Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate for all hours worked over 40/week, including bilingual differential in regular rate calculation.Tips: Eligible to earn and accumulate tips while on the clock during direct service work. Tips may include cash, credit card/digital tips, and tip pool distributions. No tip credit is taken; LaMar's pays full hourly wage per Colorado and Denver minimum wage laws.
