The training includes working with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, covering various shifts to understand our company, team, vendors, and guests. Post-training, Managers In Training join our bench leadership team, filling in during absences until assigned their own store.Career Growth With nearly 1700 locations across the U.S., EG America offers ample opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer serviceAssist in building and developing a strong team through training, scheduling, and coachingMaintain product levels and rotate stock to ensure availabilityOversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot foodEnsure store cleanliness and maintenance of the coffee and food service areasOperate cash register efficientlySupport food service operations and perform other duties as assignedQualifications Minimum Education: High School or GEDMinimum Experience: 1 year retail or food service experiencePreferred Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification (not mandatory)Soft Skills Excellent communication and guest interaction skillsHigh energy and adaptabilityTeam-oriented and willing to help othersBasic computer skillsAdditional Details This is a full-time position with varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
