This role includes leading and coaching store associates, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Store Manager will handle merchandising, inventory control, and visual presentation to align with brand standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, driving store profitability, enforcing loss prevention and safety procedures, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The Store Manager will also support training, performance feedback, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.QualificationsRetail leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and performance supervision in a store environment.Customer service and communication skills to engage shoppers, resolve issues, and create a welcoming, inclusive experience.Operational skills in merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.Sales and business acumen, including the ability to analyze store metrics, drive revenue, and meet or exceed targets.Organizational and problem‑solving skills to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and maintain a clean, safe store.Ability to work on‑site full time in Knoxville, TN, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as needed.Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is strongly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
