This role is responsible for fostering a positive work environment and driving performance.ResponsibilitiesTrain, guide, and encourage employees to maintain our high standards and policiesBe an excellent team leaderKeep the appearance of store and premises clean and inviting for customersProvide 24-hour supervision of the store by viewing video surveillance and visiting the store frequently at odd hoursDelegate tasks to all employees, making certain all employees work productively during their shiftControl and eliminate theft by employees, customers, and suppliersSurvey and report competitors' fuel and merchandise pricingExecute store promotions and on-site advertising as instructedReport on items needed for repair related to building and equipmentComplete and send inspections and tests of store systems, equipment and premisesSend daily reports on sales and operationsMaintain safe premises for customers and employeesInvestigate, report, and correct conditions leading to accidents or customer service complaints in a courteous mannerComplete all other responsibilities as detailed in training materialsQualificationsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust consent to and clear a pre-employment background checkMust possess an active valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicleBenefitsEngaging bonus and recognition programsWeekly PayPremium pay for overnight & holiday shiftsComplimentary coffee & soda on shiftPaid sick and vacation days401k Retirement Savings PlanHealth and other benefit plans available (Life, Medical, Accident, Short-Term Disability, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and more)Tuition ReimbursementPay RateUSD $49,500.00/Hr.#J-18808-Ljbffr
