Overview Store Manager at Piedmont Lube Centers, LLC plays a critical leadership role by driving performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and productive team environment. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, developing team members, managing financial and operational goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will lead by example, demonstrate integrity, and inspire others to achieve excellence in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development: Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and quality work.Customer Service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Jiffy Lube brand promise of fast, friendly, and professional service.Operations Management: Maintain high standards in store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall presentation. Ensure all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures are followed consistently. Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Financial Management: Manage inventory, labor, and controllable costs to achieve profitability goals. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
