Our global community of more than 50 stores and a sustainable LA factory supports a mission‑based culture that values inclusivity, growth, and environmental stewardship.Responsibilities Measure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business performance when needed.Own operational execution of the store to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.Use high‑level business acumen to understand drivers, opportunities, and build solutions.Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.Drive an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador—embody brand values, engage customers, and educate on sustainability.Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer‑first mindset to build loyal client relationships.Assist customers and monitor client interaction with the team and technology, providing in‑the‑moment coaching for continuous improvement.Balance sales and service by effective scheduling while achieving payroll goals.Maintain extraordinary customer experience NPS scores.Ensure inventory accuracy and controls, leading and training the team to deliver consistent results.Contribute to loss prevention, setting expectations and owning training for the store team.Maintain facility presentation and organization.Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards, utilizing retail and product reporting to strategize for the customer experience and productivity.Provide real‑time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and success.Train support staff and develop talent in visual and digital merchandising.Manage day‑to‑day performance of the retail teams, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Own hiring, training, and development of the store team across all areas.Provide performance feedback to ensure growth, change, and results; work with the Regional Director for continuous improvement through activations, recognition, and communication.Own reviews, development plans, disciplinary action, and corrective action for the team.Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of retail experience (required).Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience (required).Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.Drive to take on new challenges with self‑motivation for continuous personal and team development.Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach highest potential.Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identify opportunities for improvement.Skills to collaborate strategically with cross‑functional partners in pursuit of shared business outcomes.Proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work.A keen eye for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.Compensation & Benefits The wage for this full‑time position is $ X per year.Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.Daily open availability across a full 7‑day work week.Able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays if required).Understanding of Retail Labor Laws.GSuite experience is a plus.Eligible employees receive employer‑sponsored private medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus commuter benefits.Competitive paid time off policies (vacation, sick leave, company holidays).Retirement planning support, including ESG‑aligned funds.Global collaboration across offices in LA, NYC, and London.Fertility care support through Carrot and up to $5,000 USD reimbursement for related expenses after 1 year.Community donation program.Clothing discount, culture events, and volunteer time off.Equal Opportunity Employer Reformation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
