Responsibilities:
Acquire knowledge of all finance and accounting functions and understand impact of each on the business
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.
Reconcile prepaid accounts and process related recurring monthly journal entries.
Assist with implementation of various process efficiency improvements
Provide support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable coordinators to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Prepare a daily cash forecast to support short-term cash flow management.
Reconcile assigned balance sheets each month
Complete the daily gross profit report and other financial reports as assigned

Cross train with other finance team members to be able to provide support and back-up for accounting functions
Complete projects and other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

Proficient in computer technology including PowerBI, Excel, and email
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles
Able to manage a variety of simultaneous administrative tasks
