This role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing all manufacturing operations and personnel. An ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience in laser cutters, press brake, and other machinery. Bring your strong leadership, organizational skills, and proactive attitude to lead and build our newest team.What You'll Do:Promote and ensure a safe working environment and follow all OHS policies and proceduresLead manufacturing activities, team development, hiring, and trainingOversee manufacturing schedules ensuring quality standards and production schedules are metDevelop processes and bring continuous improvement to systems and processesMonitor and control the schedule, budget, and quality of production jobsWhat You'll Bring:7+ years experience in a manufacturing/steel fabrication setting2+ years leadership experienceSolid communication and collaboration with an ability to engage at all levels of the businessStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience working with production schedules, budgets, and reportsExperience with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Pronto, and CAD softwareHands-on experience with laser cutters, bending brake, press brake, and welding machines or similarWhy Join:We are an exciting leader and innovator of heavy industrial solutions with a global footprint.
