    Position OverviewShop Manager is the brand ambassador responsible for leading Boggi Milano's shop‑in‑shop at Bloomingdale's. You will drive exceptional client experiences, deliver sales targets, and ensure operational excellence while safeguarding Boggi Milano's values and Bloomingdale's partnership standards.Expected Hire Date : October 2025Location : Bloomingdale's – OrlandoSchedule : Full-TimeDepartment : Men's FashionBenefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time OffCompensation : Base Salary and Incentive Bonus Program for Sales and Brand's KPIsKey ResponsibilitiesSales & ClientelingOwn and exceed daily, weekly, and seasonal sales plans.Cultivate long‑term client relationships through CRM tools, client outreach, and personalized styling.Partner with Bloomingdale's floor leadership on store‑wide traffic and event opportunities.Provide an exceptional high‑level service to all customers, online and offline.Maximize all contact opportunities with customers and promote the Brand and the Product.Be a Brand Ambassador of the brand, ensuring an image and style in line with the Brand's standards.Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers with the aim of strengthening the image and prestige of the brand.Contribute to the development of sales strategies and assist in achieving team targets.Manage sales by optimizing each phase of the commercial relationship.Build and sustain long‑term customer relationships to strengthen the brand's image and prestige.Contribute actively to the store's upkeep, orderliness, and cleanliness, projecting a brand‑aligned image.Participate in stock management to maximize sales and make efficiency suggestions.Participate in inventory activities (annual or partial).Team LeadershipTrain, and develop direct reports based on brand expectations and vision.Conduct daily briefings, weekly goal reviews, and constructive performance feedback.Schedule staff to optimize peak trading hours while controlling payroll costs.Operations & ComplianceEnsure accurate cash handling, POS procedures, and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines.Oversee inventory integrity—from receiving and RFID cycles to transfers and RTVs—meeting shrink targets.Uphold OSHA, ADA, and Bloomingdale's safety protocols; maintain immaculate stockroom and concession area.Visual MerchandisingExecute seasonal floor‑sets, window directives, and mannequin styling to global VM standards.Adapt layouts to Bloomingdale's calendar and local clientele insights, maximizing sell‑through.Reporting & AnalyticsAnalyze daily sales dashboards and drive action plans.Submit weekly business recaps and monthly KPI commentary to HQ and Retail Manager.Brand AdvocacyAct as the face of Boggi Milano within Bloomingdale's—partnering on events, product training, and social outreach.Maintain impeccable personal presentation in line with luxury menswear standards.Required Qualifications2–3 years' senior experience in premium or luxury retail in men's fashion; concession or department‑store environment strongly preferred.Proficiency with POS, inventory systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace; comfort with clienteling apps.Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, key peak seasons, and retail holidays.Fluent in English (speaking and writing); additional languages are a plus.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, working with KPI's in a retail or fashion environment.Skilled at delivering high-quality, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.Strong understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, seasonal styles, and popular brands.Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills for engaging with a diverse customer base.Proficiency in using POS software for transactions, returns and gift card processing.High standards of professionalism in dress code, punctuality, and work ethic.Skills & CompetenciesEntrepreneurial drive with a proven record of surpassing sales targets.Inspirational people‑leadership and coaching abilities.Elevated clienteling and communication skills, including tailoring service for VIP clientele.Analytical mindset—translates KPIs into clear action steps.Acute attention to detail in visual standards and operational accuracy.Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced concession partnership environment.Generous employee wardrobe allowance and store discount.Physical RequirementsPosition requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department.May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.Frequently lift/move up to 25 lb.Equal Opportunity StatementBoggi Milano is an equal opportunity employer.
