    Description

    When acting as a Table Games Supervisor duties are as follows:

    • Monitor the exchange of currency for gaming chips.
    • Monitor the payment or collection of bets according to company and regulatory rules.
    • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
    • Protect and maintain the integrity of assigned games and assets.
    • Support the dealers in their efforts to maintain game security, asset protection and rule and regulation enforcement.
    • Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry wide practices and report to management any that may benefit the Company
    • Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
    • Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and respond to customers accordingly
    • Advise supervisor of disputes, problems and any suspicious activity.
    • Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned
    • Issues complimentaries pursuant to company internal controls.

    When acting as a Table Games Dealer duties are as follows:

    • Provide appropriate and professional care and service to guests
    • Acknowledge and greet warmly customers who play at or approach assigned games
    • Conduct table transactions and provide signatory validations accordingly to Company and regulatory rules
    • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
    • Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, playing cards, dice and other assets in assigned areas
    • Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, policies and business processes
    • Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors
    • Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross-culture communications
    • Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and answer customer enquiries
    • Perform all other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications

    1. Good proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
    2. Ability to pass a math test.
    3. High School Diploma, at least 6 months dealing experience in the last 2 years.
