Program Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting project execution and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: California, CA
Pay Range: $40
What's the Job?
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for project execution
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
