    Service Consultant

    At Gallagher, we're united by a commitment to excellence and service. As a Service Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our large and complex clients. You'll work closely with our Health & Benefits Producers and service teams to ensure every client receives tailored solutions that align with their goals. This is your chance to make a real impact while being part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and innovation.

    In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our executive-level clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You'll guide the service team in executing client strategies and delivering on key priorities. By analyzing client data, you'll identify trends and provide solutions that enhance their health and welfare plans. You'll also collaborate with producers to develop strategic presentations and attend client meetings to ensure seamless communication. Additionally, you'll:

    • Provide insights on compliance and benefits trends.
    • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure clients get the best solutions.
    • Support the team with training and guidance to drive success.
    • Help identify new opportunities to expand our services.

    You're a natural relationship builder who thrives on solving problems and delivering results. You have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in client service or claims management. You're licensed in Life/Health Insurance and comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time. You're skilled in: Communicating clearly and effectively. Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Using technology to improve productivity. You're also someone who values teamwork, embraces challenges, and is always looking for ways to grow.

    Required: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate Life & Health licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
