    Service Center Parts ClerkEnterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Service Center Parts Clerk at our service center in Houston, TX. The Service Center Parts Clerk will provide overall administrative support to the maintenance facility, ensuring all parts and tire purchases, shop work orders and invoice processing adhere to company policy and standards.The ideal candidate works well both independently and on a team, has a strong attention to detail, is well organized, possesses strong communication and follow-up skills, ability to thrive in a fast passed environment, and has a proven record of cost savings.We offer:Paid time offEmployee rental car discountsRetirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharingHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceTraining and developmentPay: $19.00 / hr - $21.00 / hr (based on experience)Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8AM - 4:30PMThis position is located at: 2127 Sarah Ave, Houston TX 77054Responsibilities include:Generate all maintenance related purchase order (PO) requestsProcess all maintenance-related invoices for payment and ensure all maintenance related copying, filing and record keepingMaintain parts inventory within guidelinesMonitor vehicles in outside repair shops and body shops for timely repair completion and returnProcess all repair orders and parts invoices as necessary prior to submissionCommunicate and negotiate the lowest possible parts prices while ensuring timely delivery of needed partsPurchase approved parts as requiredData entry of all maintenance related vehicle movementReconcile and maintain body shop and dealer vehicle inventoryConduct damage history research for turn-back vehiclesMaintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logsFollow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standardsMaintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standardsSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualifications:Must have intermediate to advanced level skill-set in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishRequires ability to perform manual labor (i.e. bending, lifting, etc.) and lifting a minimum of 20 poundsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule(s): MondayFriday 8am- 4:30pmMust be at least 18 years of age
