Job DutiesPrepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow‑ups regarding unsold services and customer inquiriesPerforms opening and closing responsibilitiesSchedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performedPredicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair processAssists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle, etc.Sells needed maintenance services and related parts to customersIdentifies customer requestsConducts a complete vehicle walk‑aroundPresent multi‑point inspection results to customersRecommends needed maintenance services and related partsConducts a detailed active delivery of each vehicleMakes appropriate prospecting and follow‑up contacts with ownersProvides outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policiesWrites complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policiesProvides estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenanceProvides in‑depth information on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part optionsPerforms all other duties and special projects as assignedEducation and TrainingHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Intermediate skills in CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds softwareRelevant Work Experience1 year experience working in a service advisor or express service advisor capacityBenefitsHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceLife and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsEmployee Assistance Program401(k) plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays, Bereavement, and Jury DutyPaid Pregnancy/Parental LeavePaid Military LeaveTuition ReimbursementPayCompetitive wages commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location.
