    • Maintain all implemented Top20 CIS Critical Security Controls, support all cybersecurity regulatoryrequirements and assist with maintaining all cyber controls networkassets.
    • This job position willsupport the organizations efforts to implement hardware, software andnetwork solutions to achieve these goals.
    • Lead or support the effort toimplement advanced cybersecurity controls and monitoring.
    • Lead or support theevaluation of user requests or design specifications for new or modifiedapplication functionality and estimate efforts required.
    • Analyze,design, code, test, document, implement and maintain application changes.
    • Provideexpert technical expertise in managing applications in a Windows ActiveDirectory Domain with Standard hardware or VMware virtual hardware.
    • Maintain systems and thehosted services through continued monitoring, coordination of data backup,system troubleshooting and proactive security measures.
    • Manage complex technologiesand services into a heterogeneous environment including those outside thecontent management system, such as infrastructure, directories, webservers, and third-party applications.Resolve unique, highly complex, escalated issues/problems withbroad knowledge.
    • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills; capable of writing purchase justifications, makingpresentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively withpeers and upper management.
    • Project management skills,including the ability to develop and monitor work agreements and budgets,and to determine specifications, schedules, and deliverables.

    A day in the life of:
    • A systems analyst beginstheir day in the office by meticulously reviewing emails and monitoringdashboards of various tools to address any issues. Depending on currentongoing projects, they may proceed with tasks ranging from installingservers to imaging machines or installing software.
    • They engage in thoroughanalysis of system requirements, design solutions, and create detaileddocumentation.

    • Throughout theday, a systems analyst often focuses on troubleshooting and resolving anysystem issues that arise.

    Required Skills:
    • Microsoft Windows OperatingSystems (Windows 10, Server 16 and newer) experience
    • Active Directory - creating,modifying and troubleshooting group policies, user account management andgeneral Directory Service support
    • Engineer and install ITsolutions in a distributed networked environment
    • Configuration Management(VCM, SCCM, Tripwire, BMC TrueSight)
    • VMWare vSphere support (EXi6.0 or newer)
    • Engineer and deploymultifactor authentication solutions
    • Strong general applicationsupport experience.
    • Strong in remote support andtroubleshooting
    • Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, including presentations, training and interpersonalskills.
    • Strong analytical,problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to prioritize and handlemultiple tasks and projects concurrently.
