- Collaborate with the Creative Director to adopt brand guidelines and identities across diverse creative media needs
- Develop creative assets (e.g., logos, banners, video, motion design) tailored for use across paid media, websites, social media platforms, print graphics, and more
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring cohesive assets across platforms
- Utilize AI tools to streamline creative processes and improve efficiency
- Support localization of video and graphic content for regional markets
[Duties and Responsibilities]
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to adopt brand guidelines and identities across diverse creative media needs, review intake forms for new projects, and track ongoing work
- Develop creative assets (e.g., logos, banners, video, motion design) tailored for use across paid media, websites, social media platforms, print graphics, and more
- Facilitate discovery/kick-off calls with project requesters to understand needs, flag potential issues, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Submit design mocks and finals for brand review, upload assets to internal DAM platforms upon completion
- Manage design projects from concept to completion ensuring cohesive assets across platforms through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Utilize AI tools to streamline creative processes and improve efficiency
[Skills & Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Proven track record in managing creative projects for marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of localization strategies for global markets
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and agency partners
- Experience in the home entertainment or consumer electronics industry (preferred)
- Expertise in video production and post-production techniques (preferred)
