This is not a figurehead position. You will set the direction, build the team, and drive revenue across our OEM, distributor, and end-user channels.Develop and execute a national sales strategy across all channelsBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organizationIdentify and capture growth across our diversified OEM customer base spanning 30+ industriesOwn pricing strategy, margin management, and key account relationshipsWork directly with ownership to shape company directionPartner with Abbott Metal Werks to grow our domestic manufacturing pipelineRepresent Abbott at industry events, trade shows, and with key accountsWhat We\'re Looking For 10+ years in fastener or industrial distribution sales, with 5+ in senior leadershipProven track record of building sales teams and scaling revenueDeep knowledge of the fastener industry: products, applications, supply chainExperience selling into OEM, distributor, and project-based channelsStrong commercial instincts: pricing, margin, competitive positioningEntrepreneurial mindset.
