Secondary Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a hands-on Secondary Operations Specialist to serve as the site's subject matter expert (SME) for post-molding processes within our plastic injection molding operation. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, efficient secondary operations, and successful integration of processes such as pad printing, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, assembly, determine fixtures needed and work with the purchasing team for ordering fixtures as well as tool/version changes at the press.This individual will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support new program launches.
