Skills/Experience Needed:

• BS Degree with 5+ years of recent experience as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Application Specialist
• Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification, Marketing Cloud Developer Certification, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification, Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
• Experience with Marketing Cloud to CRM Connect with Data Extensions, Audience building, and Journey Automation using Sales and Service data. Build and execute omni channel automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with mapping business needs to Marketing Cloud solutions and execute on the campaigns in Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, processes, and automation
• Experience with configure, test, deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience to build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
• Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot.
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal client teams.
• Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions.
• Build and maintain solution related documentation
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written documentation.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Eager to learn new applications and technologies.
