The Sales Director at Eagle Title is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across all branches through disciplined sales execution, recruiting top talent, and strategic market expansion. This role serves as the central sales strategist, coach, and growth catalyst—building a scalable, high-performance sales model that supports residential, builder, and commercial business lines.The Sales Director operates with influence and accountability for sales outcomes but does not have direct reporting authority over Settlement Officers.
