Work Location: Northville, MI
Work Style: Hybrid (3 days office, 2days WFH after 90 days of probation period)
Work hours: 9am-5pm (35h/week)
Pay: $45,000$55,000/year (negotiable for experienced candidates)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support order management, logistics coordination, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage inventory and track order status for assigned customers
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with vendors and freight forwarders
- Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Support sales operations by handling client inquiries and maintaining CRM data
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- May be assigned other duties by managers
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Japanese) is a plus
